Tempo DB Bench @3111 x 6-8

Tempo Split Squat @3131 x 8-10 each

*Goal is to increase 5-10 pounds from last week.

B: Pulling

3 Sets:

Tempo Supine Row @2111 x 8-12

Hip Extension x 8-15

C: Metcon (Time)

For Time:

1500m Row

or

1.5 Mile Bike

if you’re in week 1 perform 1000m row or 1 mile bike for time.
