With a Partner Perform 4 Rds For Time:

  • 24 Power Cleans 115/80
  • 16 Shoulder to Overhead

*Once the WOD begins athletes are not allowed to drop or rest bar on the ground.  All power cleans must be touch and go.  If the bar drops or rests on the ground athletes must perform a 5 burpee penalty, before continuing.
