- AMRAP in 45 seconds of Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75#/55#
- AMRAP in 45 seconds Ring Dips/Parellet Dips
Rest 3 Minutes Then:
With a partner complete AMRAP in 5 Minutes of:
- 2 Rds of Shuttle Run
* The first person performs 2 rounds of the shuttle run, when 2 rds are complete the next person will begin their 2 rounds. Once both partners have completed 2 rds that equals 1 round.
Coaches Thoughts: Today was a good day, sorry that we missed your b-day Jake. The partner work was fun, but somehow the counting seemed a little complicated so a few of you! The dips were a nice challenge for muscle failure, and made everyone really use their legs for the SDHP! Great work on the shuttle run, eveyone did a great job of working on the explosive power off the line. Now lets apply that to all of the runs we do!
