Barbell Bench Press x 7

Bent Over Supinated Grip Barbell Row x 7

Hang Snatch (Hip/Mid Thigh) x 5 (Build to today’s 5 RM)

1 Set

Hang Snatch (Hip/Mid Thigh) x 5 @90% of today’s 5RM

3 Sets:

Snatch Deadlift x 10 (Build to today’s 10 RM)

5 Rds For Time:

75 Double Unders

15-12-9-6-3 Handstand Push Ups (increase deficit each round)

50 ft. Hand over hand sled pull

200m Run

2-3 Sets:

Snatch Grip Shrugs x 10

5-7 Single Leg Hip Extension each + 2 Legged Iso Hip Extension Hold x 20-30 seconds
