*Perform the first couplet by alternating exercises for 5 Rds. For example perform as many reps as you can in 30 seconds of SDHP then rest 15 seconds, and then perform as many reps as possible of Hand Release push ups for 30 seconds. Completing both exercises for 30 seconds equals 1 round, perform 5 rounds then rest for 1 minute. Complete the second couplet in the same fashion. Once 5 rounds are complete of the second couplet rest for 1 min and then repeat the first for 3 rounds, and the same goes for the second couplet. Count the total amount of reps performed at each couplet.
