In our never ending search to help bring everyone the best coaching and training around we added an additional strength program. There have been a decent amount of athletes participating in the strength program the last couple of weeks, and their improvement are extremely noticeable. We’ve had a lot of questions regarding the strength program, and to be honest the participation would be even higher if there was less uncertainty surrounding the movements and the program its self.
Therefore we’re rolling around the idea of holding an hour or so long seminar to demonstrate some of the movements and discuss the philosophy behind the program. If you have been holding back from participating in this program do to any uncertainty this will help clarify and answer your questions. This seminar will most likely be scheduled to run Thursday Nov. 29 at 6:15 pm, which means it will take the place of the normally scheduled class.
