In Teams of 3 Perform AMRAP in 12 Minutes:

  • AMRAP Bench Press BW/75% BW
  • 60 Ft. Sled Push
  • Rest

*Athlete A Performs AMRAP of Bench Press, during that time Partner B pushes sled, while Partner C rests and spots partner A.  Once Partner B finishes the sled push, athletes will rotate positions.  A goes to B, C goes to C.
