|In a team of 3 Perform AMRAP in 9 Minutes:
*Athlete A will perform as many Russian KB Swings as they can, while Athlete B performs the shuttle run. During that time Athlete C will be resting. Once Athlete B completes the shuttle run, athletes will then rotate. Athlete A will move on to the shuttle run, Athlete C will move to KB Swings and Athlete B will move to the rest station.
