- 800 Meter Run
- Rest 3 Minutes Between Rounds
3 Rds For Reps:
- AMRAP in 45 Seconds Weighted Sit Ups
- AMRAP in 45 Seconds Romain Deadlift
- Rest 20 Seconds Between Rds
