Does a good majority of your life revolve around sitting, driving, texting or pretty much just being in a bad position all day long? Do you experience constant discomfort in your neck, shoulders and low back? If so you’re not alone. The world we live and work in exposes us to a lot of none ideal positions all day, with our internally rotated shoulders, tight and over active traps/neck muscles, short hamstrings and non active glutes, not mention the lack of ability to breath from our diaphragm as we’ve been so programmed to chest breath. I know personally for me on the days in which I spend a good duration of the day at my computer working I feel terrible. So here is a little tester to see if we can properly activate the muscles to help get your shoulders back into a better position. If we can start to understand this and bring awareness to the positions we’re in throughout the day perhaps we can start to make some changes. In addition our Surge Mobility Coach Mike provides couple easy movements you can perform right at your desk throughout the day that will help open you up.
