5 x 50 EZ swim

50 catchup drill

50 kick on side (25R/25L)

50 non-free EZ

50 “okay” symbol swim

50 no kick (very subtle kicking allowed)

10 x 25 Perfect form

10 x 50 moderate pace (slightly above the 25s pace, NOT fast)

10 x 25 FAST, 1:2 work:rest


100-300 EZ stroke(s) of choice
