8 Sets :20 Seconds on/:10 Seconds Rest

Station 1 = Row Calories

Station 2 = Push Ups

Station 3 = Squats (Must touch medball)

Station 4 = Supine Ring Row (Chest to Ring)

Station 5 = Landmine Deadlift

*Score is lowest reps in the 8 sets, complete all 8 sets before moving to next exercise. Rest 1 minute between stations
