KB 1 1/4 Goblet Squat @30×1 x 6-10

Rest 45 Seconds

Bent Over Arm Supported DB Row @21×1 x 6-8 each

Rest 45 Seconds

Plank Hold x 45-60 Seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

In Teams of 3 Perform AMRAP in 15 Minutes:

20 yard plate push (10 yards out/10 yards back)

10 Alternating Jumping Lunges (5/5)

5 DB Man Mankers (Push Up + Renegade Row RT/LT + Clean + Front Squat + Push Press

*Each Partner starts at a movement, team rotate once entire team finishes their given movement.
