Minute 1 = 7 DB Thrusters

Minute 2 = 7-12 Burpee

Minute 3 = 6 Thrusters

Minute 4 = 30-50 Double Unders/50-75 Single Unders

Minute 5 = 5 DB Thrusters

Minute 6 = 2-4 Wall Walks/5-10 yard inch warm

*Use same weight on front squat (RPE 5-6)
