The first 12 week session of Surge Muscle was amazingly successful. We had athletes see some absolutely amazing physical transformations, but we also saw athletes experience some mind blowing PRs along the way. The increase in lean muscle mass and the decrease in body weight/fat had athletes throwing weights around they had never done before and in addition allowed some to perform pull ups for the first time. I couldn’t be more proud of this first group that went through this program.
However, being that this was our first run of this program there are some improvements that I feel can be made. I know we have some athletes that are super excited about getting started on the Muscle Program. With that said we’re going to keep fine tuning this program so it can be the best program around. We’re going to continue to make some changes and adjustments. We’re going to aim for the 2nd addition of the Surge Muscle program is set to start Monday, August 19.
