Born in Boulder, Kelsey was raised as an athlete with proper nutrition. Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2012 with a specialized focus on exercise physiology and nutrition. She has taught CrossFit, bootcamp, yoga, barre, kickboxing, boxing and HIIT classes. Kelsey has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for over 3 years. Her love for health and fitness is apparent in everything she does, so if you have a question she is happy to help.
Kelsey coaches Yoga for Athletes and she is amazing at making specializing it for athletes. She knows how to find the right spots and get them stretched out by the end of class.
She also coaches boxing and kickboxing. With years of experience she is amazing at teaching brand new members but also pushing experiences athletes. She may be small but she is mighty!
