Essentials

  • 400m DB Overhead Carry/KB/DB Farmers Carry 35/25 and 55/35

10 Rds: (Partners Alternate Movements)

  • 7 Supine Row
  • 7 Burpee Over Barbell
  • 7 Push Press 115/75

Then

  • 200m DB Overhead Carry/KB/DB Farmers Carry

*For the Overhead and Farmers carry.  One athlete performs the overhead carry and the other athlete performs the farmers carry.  Once either athlete drops the weight, athletes must switch movements.  Weight should be manageable to carry for a good distance.
