CrossFit Surge – CROSSFIT

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a partner complete AMRAP in 20 Minutes:

A) 1 Rd

4 Pull Up

8 Push Up

12 Squats

B) 1 Rd

10 DB Deadlift

7 DB Hang Power Cleans

4 DB Shoulder to Overhead

*Partners start on opposite Rds of work. One starts on A and other starts on B. Partners will switch once both complete full round of work they are on. Scale appreciatly so work times are about even.
