With a Partner Complete AMRAP in 20 Minutes
S1 = Cindy AMRAP
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
200m Medball Run
*comp wear a weight vest
*Partner 1 starts on S1 as partner 2 starts on S2. Once partner 2 competes the run, partners will switch work. Partner 2 picks up where partner 1 completed in AMRAP. Goal is to complete AMRAP of Cindy as possible.
