With a Partner Perform the Following For Time:

  • 400m Waiters Walk (Choose weight “heavy”)
  • 50 Hand Release Push Ups (Total)
  • 50 Power Cleans (Choose Weight)
  • 50 Hand Release Push Ups (Total)
  • 400m Waiters Walk

*For the Waiters Walk, Once partner drops weight both partners must then perform 10 burpees then switch partner who carries.

Additional:
  • 10 Minutes Mobility
