In a Team of 3 Perform AMRAP in 20 Minutes:

  • S1 200m Run
  • S2 AMRAP OH Walking 45/25
  • S3 AMRAP Hand Release Push Ups

*Partner A will begin by running 200m, during that time Partner B will perform as reps as possible of Overhead Walking Lunge, Partner C will also perform as many reps as possible of HR push ups during that time.  Once Partner A returns from the run they will take Partner B’s place, Partner B will replace Partner C, and Partner C will replace Partner A.  Continue this for all 20 minutes, score will be the total amount of reps from the OH Walking Lunge and the HR push Ups.
