In Teams of Three Perform AMRAP in 15 Minutes:

  • 100m Overhead DB Waiters Walk
  • AMRAP Hand Release Push Ups
  • AMRAP Sit Ups

*Partners will rotate through each movement.  The person performing the overhead waiters carry is the pace setter, once they finish and return from the carry partners will rotate and switch exercises.  Score equals total number of reps performed as a team.
