Coaches Thoughts:Today was a nice little hamstring burn! The best part of today was watching you guys get through the team warm up! We had some new faces today, thanks to Rachel for bringing Lo, it was fun to have both of you today. Lo we hope we see you more. Thanks to Val and TR for brining Tresa, who also did a great job. Athlete of the day goes to Sarah, today was her first WOD as RX’d!
