Tempo Pull Ups @ 31×1 x 4-8 (Stay to a strict tempo on these, if you’re unable to perform strict perform jumping pull ups but keep tempo)

*Every Time you break perform 10 (5/5) Iso Dynamic Alternating DB Front Raises + 5 DB Hammer Curl to L-Lateral Raise to 2 Second Eccentric Lower
