Depending on what you have available perform For Time:

1 Mile Run

100 Pull Ups/Power Clean/KB Swing/Sit Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run

*Distribute reps as wish.

*Perform wearing 20/14 lb vest

*Start and finish with run, portion the pull ups, push ups and squats as wish.
