In a Team of 3 Perform AMRAP in 20 Minute:
Station 1 = 12/9 Calorie Row
Station 2 = 5 Goblet Complex (Goblet Reverse Lunge RT, Goblet Reverse Lunge LT, Goblet Squat)
Station 3 = 10 Mountain Climbers + 5 Burpee
Station 4 = Rest
*Partners will rotate through each movement. Only one person at given station, partners are not allowed to rotate until all partners are done with given exercise.
