How to Join

Sign up below to set up a Free One-on-One introductory session. The Free Intro is an hour-long private session where we will go over your goals, do a short movement screening, give you a tour of the facility and coach you through a baseline workout. We want to get to know you and we want you to understand what Surge is all about so that together we can determine the best plan of action to help you reach your goals.
