We as a coaching staff would like to say great job and tell you all how proud we are of you. The last couple of weeks you have really showed how dedicated you are to your fitness and goals. This time of year can be very crazy and it’s easy to get side tracked or tell yourself I’ll pick it back up come the New Year. The last couple of weeks classes have been full of energy and great enthusiasm. Thank you for all your hard work and making CrossFit Surge the place it is.
With that being said despite all the amazing work you’ve been putting in, mobility and flexibility are still glaring issues for every athlete. Therefore, next Thursday December 13th at 7:15 pm we’re going to be testing out a new class called YOGA. Now I know what your probably thinking I all ready have found my “center” and I don’t need that meditation stuff. This isn’t that type of YOGA, although those methods are extremely beneficial. The goal with this class is to give you all an opportunity as CrossFitters to turn your brains off and focus on your mobility. Court and I can both testify how beneficial Yoga is when it comes to not just CrossFit but your overall health and well being. The instructor needs a minimum of 10 people to sign up for the class to run, in addition the class will cost $10. If we can get enough people signed up for the class each week the class charge will be cheaper. If you have any questions let us know, please RSVP to comments as soon as possible.
