Sorry about the language in the video, but it has some great points in it.  No matter what your physical goals are you can never out train your nutrition.  Granted his goals were obviously not heath, but none the less it almost took him out completely.  In addition despite all of the Obstacles he has had to over come he still has the no excuses attitude.
