  1. This is so good! After two weeks I can feel my body is happy. I know that sounds weird but these movements we do at CrossFit Surge are really good for you on a whole body global level. We are not just parts, everything is connected. The brain-body connection is the most powerful force we have in getting strong and staying strong. And that new functional strength spills over into your emotions, and overall out look on life, ie. making me confident and happy. =)
