    Strength:
    DB Military Shoulder Press 3 x 12 (single arm, 30-40-50)
    Back Extensions 3 x 25

    WOD:
    “Grace”
    30 Clean and jerk for time, 135# (subbed single arm DB C&J, 40#)

    Time: 1:28

    Weight was probably a bit too light…didn’t really struggle until the last three jerks. Nonetheless, felt really good to knock out a short, intense WOD.
