Saturday classes are always open to everyone. We encourage members to bring friends. If you are thinking about CrossFit Surge Saturdays are a great day to come in, meet our members and try your first workout!

We have open Gym on most Sundays(For unlimited members) from 10-12 am. Check the blog for dates that will be closed.
