At CrossFit Surge we believe that with education on nutrition everyone can become healthier, stronger and a better athlete. We follow the “Zone” and Paleo Diets. Although we hate the commercialized definition of the word diet, we are all on a diet. Whatever we eat is our “diet”. With solid nutrition and high quality, non processed foods our bodies can perform at the next level, and operate as it was meant to. Nutrition is the groundwork for a strong, fit, healthy body. No matter what your goal, the Zone and/or Paleo plans will help you reach them. If your goals include any of the following then you need to be with us and be eating Zone/Paleo!
