6:30 am Strength Training

We have been asked by several people if they can come in and do some additional strength or additional work between the 5:15 am class and the 8 am class.  Starting next week we will be programing an additional strength session that will begin at 6:30 am.  This class will not run every day, it will have programed rest day’s.  Please let myself or Court know if you’re interested in participating, also if you have any questions please let us know as well.
