6:30 am Strength Session

This week we’re starting a new program that is going to run from 6:30 – 8 am.  The days for this program will very from week to week depending on programing, but will most likely run 3 days a week to begin with.  This week we’re going to hold it on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this.
